About me and my therapy practice
I am a friendly, gentle and experienced Counsellor dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationships.
I have a particular interest in counselling people, or carers of people, with brain injuries, such as stroke or brain tumours. I also specialise in counselling carers of those with Dementia.
Practice description
Sometimes we don't know why we feel the way we do and talking to a Counsellor can help you to explore these feelings and work out a way through even when things may appear hopeless.
I offer a supportive, non-judgmental and friendly face to face environment using a variety of therapies including Person-Centred, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and sandtrays.
