About me and my therapy practice
We all experience difficulties at some point, and counselling and psychotherapy provide a confidential, non-judgmental space to explore these experiences. Exploring your thoughts and feelings with another enables a deeper level of awareness and connection with yourself and others, helping take stock and enabling a richer life.
I am an experienced Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor working in Peckham. I offer a space that is warm, respectful and empathetic. Sharing what's going on for you can be a relief. I will listen to you carefully, provide honest observations and feedback, and ask questions to gently guide your exploration. This process will offer new perspectives and ways of thinking, feeling and being.
I offer in-person and online sessions.
Training:
I trained at the Minster Centre, one of the leading Integrative psychotherapy training institutes:
- MA in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling, Minster Centre/Middlesex University, UKCP-accredited
- Advanced Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling, The Minster Centre, BACP-accredited
- Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling, The Minster Centre, BACP-accredited

My first session
I offer a free 20-minute phone call and a reduced fee (£45) initial session to discuss the therapy and practicalities and see if we are a good fit.

About me and my therapy practice
Hello. I am an experienced Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor working in online. I offer a therapeutic space that is warm, respectful and empathetic. I can help you understand how you experience yourself and the world around you.
Exploring what has shaped you and what’s happening in your life will enable a deeper awareness and connection with yourself and others. This process will allow you to find ways to be more authentic, resilient, and kinder to yourself in your everyday life.
Practice description
Each person is unique. As an Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor, I will offer a flexible and creative approach that works for you.
The relationship between us will be an important part of our work. I welcome feedback along the way so we can find out what is right for you. I work interactively, meaning I engage with and respond to you and what you present rather than taking the 'blank screen' approach.
Sharing and exploring what's going on for you can be a relief. I will listen to you carefully, provide honest observations and feedback, and ask questions to guide your exploration gently. This process will offer new perspectives and ways of thinking, feeling, and being.
If it's helpful, we can figure out what might help resource and ground you in more difficult and stressful times. Paying attention to your nervous system can help with this. We can explore what affects your nervous system and how it, in turn, may then affect your feelings, behaviours and responses to situations.
My first session
I offer a reduced fee of £45 for the first session.
It is a chance to get to know each other and see if we are a good fit. I might ask more questions in the first session than I usually do. I also invite you to ask me if you want to know anything. This session will give you a sense of what therapy sessions with me will be like.
