About me and my therapy practice
I am an accredited counsellor, hold a Diploma in Trauma Therapy and I am BUPA and AXA registered.
I have experience of working with adults and adolescents within a variety of settings including private practice, a counselling charity, hospice, NHS IAPT service and Secondary Schools. I work with a range of approaches, tools and techniques and offer short term or longer term therapy which will be tailored to meet your needs.
I offer a confidential and non-judgemental space for you to explore any issues or concerns that you have which may be impacting on your life, relationships and/or emotional wellbeing
