I work Mondays and Thursdays.

Currently have availability morning, afternoon and evenings.

I am an experienced Counsellor  and I offer long term and short term therapy for a range of issues you may be facing. I work in an integrative way which means I draw on the theory and knowledge from a range of therapeutic modalities. Our sessions together will offer a place where you will be heard and your voice valued. I work with both individuals and couples. 

I offer a free initial consultation (usually a 20 minute phone call  call), where I can tell you a little more about what counselling may feel like, and an opportunity for you to ask questions. 

If you decide you would like to go ahead and see what working with me is like, we can make an appointment for an initial session. This is usually 60 minutes  long and is charged at the same rate as all other sessions. This initial session give us a chance to get to know each other and for us to experience what it is like to work together. We can explore what you are looking for from your sessions and you will have a chance to ask me questions about the way that I work. At the end of this initial session we can discuss what feels most useful for you going forward.

I mainly offer online training but face to face training can be discussed as a possibility.

I am an experienced counsellor. I also have a nursing and midwifery background and most recently have worked in safeguarding. I have a Masters In child welfare and Protection.

I offer safeguarding training adapted to specific needs of the requesting organisation.

Within the safeguarding training- I can cover topics that include-

 Child Protection and Adult protection within counselling practice.

Domestic abuse.

Human traffcking/ Modwern slavery.

Female Genital Mutilation.
