About me and my therapy practice
I am a BACP Registered Counsellor working with adults and young people. I provide a confidential, supportive space where you can explore issues and concerns safely without judgement.
As an Integrative Counsellor I combine different approaches to suit the needs of the individual, and am guided by each person to work at the pace and depth which they feel comfortable with. I offer both short-term and open-ended counselling. Sessions last for around fifty minutes, usually taking place on a weekly basis at the same time.
Alongside seeing clients in my private practice, I work with young people, aged 11-24, at Off The Record Twickenham, and have worked with people affected by cancer at The Mulberry Centre, West Middlesex Hospital.
NOTE: Most counselling is currently via online sessions.
