Are you feeling like you need some help with your anxiety?, are some of your relationships causing you stress? you're not feeling yourself (or perhaps you don't know who you are anymore), you’ve lost your confidence, second guessing yourself, losing sleep, worrying over small things, finding it difficult to cope

One of the most important aspects of counselling for me is building a confidential and trusted space where you feel you can be open, honest and valued.  I don’t believe that one size fits all and we tailor how we work together to suit you. So, if you need a non-judgmental space to talk and sort through your feelings or a more focussed approach for what you are experiencing we can work on this.

My therapy style is one where I don’t take myself too seriously. I like to think I bring some humour and offer a relaxed (swearing optional), down to earth and very honest space. 

I also have fortnightly appointments if you are unable to attend weekly. I hold phone, online or face to face sessions.

The key to successful therapy is how well you fit with your therapist and I’m passionate that therapy should be a positive experience. I offer a free no obligation 15-minute chat to see if I’m the right person for you.

The first session is an opportunity to talk about what's been going on for you, what you would like to get from therapy and we can work towards this.

I offer online sessions via TEAMS or face to face sessions in a comfortable setting with off road parking and wheelchair access. 

If you do have any access requirements just let me know so I can accommodate this.
