About me and my therapy practice
Anxiety UK approved therapist. Helping you to work through your anxieties to live a happier, healthier and more fulfilled life
Are you feeling like you need some help with your anxiety?, are some of your relationships causing you stress? you're not feeling yourself (or perhaps you don't know who you are anymore), you’ve lost your confidence, second guessing yourself, losing sleep, worrying over small things, finding it difficult to cope?
Through counselling we can work towards.....
Reducing your anxiety
The cause for why you feel the way you do and what would be the right solution for you
Boosting your confidence
Managing difficult situations
Have better relationships
Reduce your stress levels.
One of the most important aspects of counselling for me is building a confidential and trusted space where you feel you can be open, honest and valued. I don’t believe that one size fits all and we tailor how we work together to suit you. So, if you need a non-judgmental space to talk and sort through your feelings or a more focussed approach for what you are experiencing we can work on this.
My therapy style is one where I don’t take myself too seriously. I like to think I bring some humour and offer a relaxed (swearing optional), down to earth and very honest space.
I also have fortnightly appointments if you are unable to attend weekly. I hold phone, online or face to face sessions.
My previous counselling experience covers
Bereavement Counselling (CRUSE bereavement care trained)
Lived experience of neurodiversity
Relationship difficulties
Burnout
Anxiety (social, health, phobias and general anxiety)
Confidence Issues
Depression
Abuse
Childhood Trauma and Neglect
Work Stress
