Hello, my name is Sandra, and I am a dedicated and experienced counsellor with years of experience in my private practice based in Milton Keynes. I offer a safe, welcoming space where you can explore the challenges that have brought you to counselling.
I provide compassionate counselling for both individuals and couples.
I firmly believe in the power of talk therapy—it’s an invaluable opportunity to express your thoughts, concerns, worries, fears, and anxieties without judgment, simply with understanding. Many people experience anxiety at some point in their lives, and therapy offers a constructive way to gain clarity and develop a positive approach to navigating difficulties.
As a qualified Integrative Counsellor, I tailor my approach to suit your unique needs, drawing from a variety of therapeutic techniques, including:
Psychodynamic Therapy – Exploring childhood experiences and making connections between the past and present.
Humanistic/Person-Centered Therapy – Focusing on self-awareness and personal growth in the present moment.
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) – Identifying and challenging negative thoughts, perceptions, and irrational beliefs to reshape behaviours.

My counselling approach is rooted in a person-centred philosophy, where I provide a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space for self-exploration and healing. I integrate Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Transactional Analysis, tailoring each session to support individuals and couples in overcoming challenges such as anxiety, depression, and personal development.
Through deep understanding and active listening, I help clients gain clarity, recognize patterns, and develop healthier ways to navigate life’s complexities.
My practice is built on autonomy, respect, and empathy, ensuring each individual feels heard, valued, and empowered to take control of their personal journey.
