About me and my therapy practice

As the seasons turn, we feel the impact in many different ways. Are you looking to make a change, but not sure where to begin? Just need someone to talk to? Feeling anxious, angry, lonely, depressed, are you self-harming, having panic attacks or struggling to cope? Perhaps not connecting with others or feeling generally overwhelmed? Working out what can be done to improve how you are feeling can seem like a difficult task. Whatever your reason for having clicked on this link, I would like to help you - you can feel better.

Or are you the worried parent of a child/young person who is struggling, having panic attacks, self-harming or worse suicidal? Low self-confidence, school and exam pressures, bullying, questioning sexuality and gender, not to forget social media and being ever contactable on that smartphone are all taking their toll on our young people.

My name is Annie (she/her), and I am not here to judge. I will listen and hear you. My focus is on being able to build a genuine relationship in which you feel comfortable enough to explore what you want and who you are. I would like to help you work out ways to make your life better, provide the space you need to feel more confident.

Asking for help can be difficult. I will do my best to make things as easy as possible for you once you have taken the leap.

I am a fully qualified and BACP Accredited, person-centred counsellor, which means that you decide what you want to bring to each session, and we move forward together from there.

I work with adults, students, young people and children from a variety of different backgrounds and with a rainbow of individual needs (including SEN and ASD). I hope to be able to meet with you soon.

I am also available to work with counselling students.

Fee structure:

Children £30, Students/16+ £40, Adults £50
