About me and my therapy practice
I'm Kasia Cole, an Accredited Member of the BACP, academic and trauma and relationship psychotherapist, and the founder and coach behind Balance Psychotherapy. A significant aspect of my work at Balance Psych is providing specialised treatment for professional women, mothers, and young women. My aim is to raise awareness about a pressing and important social issue: the lack of specialist mental health & wellbeing services tailored specifically for women.
As we approach the colder months, it's natural to be concerned about anxiety, low moods, or past traumas resurfacing in yourself or your loved ones—whether it's a child, partner, parent, or friend. I invite you to explore my website for resources and support.

Sessions are conducted via and face-to-face in Ruislip and Kensington.
For online sessions the clinic uses the Telehealth system that allows you to connect via secure video calls inside your web browser. It’s end-to-end encrypted and specifically designed for use in clinical settings. It is ISO 27001 certified.
