About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes we feel we are not happy in the life that we are living and coming to terms with it or making a change can feel like an insurmountable task. Or we endure a loss that leaves us feeling utterly devastated; the breakdown of a friendship, the demise of a marriage, a parental or sibling estrangement. You may not even know what is wrong but you have an innate sense that your anxiety and low mood need your attention. That the sadness and loneliness you are experiencing is overwhelming and you want to reach out to find some happiness. But such experiences can make us lose our sense of perspective. Whatever you are going through it is worthy of your attention
