About me and my therapy practice
I am a BACP Senior Accredited and BPC Registered Psychodynamic Psychotherapist with over 25 years' experience in the psychosocial field.
Experienced in working with a wide range of highly complex issues including trauma, psycho-oncology, chronic and life-threatening health conditions and sexual health, I have provided counselling and psychotherapy in a variety of social and mental health settings including the UCL Student Psychological Service, the South London and Maudsley NHS Personality Disorders Service and Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust where I was formerly employed offering specialist counselling to Oncology patients and their carers, and where I provided group supervision to nursing staff.
I hold a BA(Hons) in Social Work from University La Sapienza in Rome (Italy) and an MSc in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy from Birkbeck College University of London, which I obtained before attending further trainings at the Anna Freud Centre and at the Tavistock Relationships in London.
For more details about my qualifications and registrations please check my website:

I specialise in Trauma, Psycho-Oncology, Chronic and life-threatening health conditions, Personality and Psychosomatic Presentations, and Psychosexual issues (sex, intimacy, desire, compulsive sexual behaviours and arousal disorders).
An initial consultation will give us the opportunity to discuss what your needs and expectations are, and to establish whether we are comfortable working together.
I offer face-to-face, ONLINE and Telephone daytime and evening sessions.
My practice is in Wimbledon, 20 minutes from Central London by train and easy to get to from South West London and Surrey.
Practice description
Everyone is unique.
This is why it is important to meet for an initial consultation which will give us the opportunity to discuss what your needs and expectations are, and to establish whether we are comfortable working together.
This process involves one or more meetings, usually two, to assess which approach would be the best suitable, and to help you experience what working with me would be like.
Sessions, including each initial consultation meeting, last 50 minutes, and if you decide to commit to therapy, we will then arrange a day and a time to meet regularly every week.
If you need more information, wish to enquire about current availability, discuss personal circumstances, and/or to book a first consultation, please make contact and we can have a 10- minute preliminary phone call.
