About me and my therapy practice
I am a BACP accredited counsellor with 18 years experience of counselling individuals, couples and families.
I offer a safe, confidential, non judgmental and friendly counselling service and I am registered and experienced in providing counselling for employee assistance programs with BUPA, Aviva, Nuffield Health and others.
I was trained integratively which means I am able to use a blend of techniques where appropriate such as the person centred approach, cognitive behavioural therapy, transactional analysis and narrative therapy. Each person is an individual and therefore my approach is tailored to individual needs.
I have worked in a variety of counselling settings with experience of complex mental health issues. Particular areas of interest are stress, depression, anxiety, relationships and issues of sexual abuse.
I try to keep my fees as low as possible as I passionately believe in the effectiveness of therapy and want to enable individuals to be able to access counselling.
Fee for Individuals, Couples and Families - £50
Corporate rate - £100
I am a qualified and experienced supervisor of other counsellors.
I am working remotely currently with zoom video calls.

My training involved a number of supervision models. I provide a very supportive environment to enable trainees and experienced counsellors to improve their practice.
As the fee is £50 per hour, the fee for a 1.5 hour session is £75
