Practice description
Do you ever feel like life is becoming too much for you to cope with?
It is normal for the journey of life to bring challenges and sometimes these can leave us feeling like we would like to be able to take a break from the daily struggle. Many people are trying to cope each day with feelings of stress, anxiety and depression and unfortunately they don't always feel like they can talk about these feelings with others or show people what they are feeling inside. But we all have the right to say what we feel and we need somewhere to go in life where we can truly show what we authentically feel inside. It is also good when we can find someone there who can listen to our true feelings without judgement.
Sometimes we can reach a point in life where there are particular things that we need help with. These can be things like a when a loved one dies or when a relationship breaks down or even when we are in a difficult job situation.
If you ever have experienced these things in your life and would like someone who can offer you a space to talk about what you are going through then I will be able to help. I work with adults of all ages, children and young people and I will offer a safe space for you.
Many people find that if they can talk to an impartial professional that is outside of their situation it helps them to be able to find the space to reflect and decide on what will be of help going forward.
I worked for over 20 years with adults and children in a variety of roles offering support, advice and a non-judgemental listening ear while supporting them through many of life's challenges. I would love to offer this same support to you.
