About me and my therapy practice
I believe after years of personal experience and expert training that we can flourish when we feel listened to and supported.
Today’s family structures can leave us feeling isolated, exhausted and under pressure with little or no wise guidance. I specialise in supporting adults, children and teens that are struggling. I offer empathy and therapeutic knowledge to help you make sense of your world.
I am an integrative adult/ young adult’s counsellor and child and adolescent psychotherapist (BACP Accred). I work in primary schools and privately. I also lead parenting groups and provide private in person or online therapy sessions.
As an experienced trauma-informed child, adolescent, and young person psychotherapist, I aim to foster positive relationships and help unlock developmental potential. My personalised heart led approach focuses on allowing clients to feel seen and understood, helping them explore their world. I believe we all present unique challenges as well as creative opportunities.
I trained at the Institute for Arts and Therapy in Education (IATE) as a Child and Adolescent Integrated Psychotherapist and Counsellor (BACP Accredited). I work with a wide range of challenges, including emotional dysegulation, anxiety, trauma, grief, identity, health conditions, self-harm, transitioning from adolescent to young adulthood, moving out of the family home, university and working life, and family stressors like divorce or bereavement.
I work collaboratively around you and your needs, providing tools that can help you to make sense of what life is bringing. Online therapeutic work can be holding and effective. I provide a confidential space for you to share how you are feeling and to explore what is troubling you.
I can support you with:
Child, Adolescent and Young People Psychotherapy

About me and my therapy practice
Whilst navigating family life, I searched for a more peaceful, loving and yet realistic relationship-based parenting approach. One that included setting clear boundaries without harsh discipline. This set me on a path that eventually inspired me to train as a psychotherapist specialising in working with young people and their families.
As an experienced trauma-informed child, adolescent, and young person psychotherapist, I aim to foster positive relationships and help unlock developmental potential. My personalised heart led approach focuses on allowing clients to feel seen and understood, helping them explore their world.
