About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I'm Yvette. Life is a roller coaster at times, we all need support in one form or another, you show strength in taking this first step to change your life in a positive direction. Are you struggling with relationship problems, anxiety/panic disorder, depression, grief, loss, low self-esteem, or trauma of other life challenging events? Then I can help you, just contact me to book your introductory/assessment session. I'm flexible regarding different times of the day for your sessions.
How Counselling Can Help You
I offer Face to Face, telephone, and counselling online. I work in a Person-centred way, which means I offer a confidential, respectful, safe environment, where we can build a relationship that allows you to explore what is bothering you without fear of being judged. I will to listen to you, hear your story and the impact it is having on you and help you to recognise how we can improve your situation.
It is my hope that I can support you to get greater clarity of thought, to feel more in control of your life, to find a level of acceptance regarding your situation, thus allowing you to make positive choices.
What to expect in your first session
In your assessment session I will gather information about you and your situation at the present time. You can ask me any questions you have, I will do my best to answer them for you, and if, at the end of your session we agree that we can work together, we can arrange a convenient time and day for your 50 minute sessions which are charged at £45.00.
