I’m Lisa the Haappy Therapist. I’m fully qualified with over 10 years of experience helping people with a range of issues.
On a mission to bring true, deep, and lasting happiness to everyone I work with, I use a combination of psychological and coaching techniques (including CBT and conflict management) to help you to work through your issues. So, you can find your version of happiness and fulfilment in life.
I provide London Face-to-Face and Nationwide Online Therapy.
And offer safe, non-judgemental space where you can be yourself and speak your truth. A space in which you can discuss your challenges, traumas, hopes and dreams, in fact anything at all.

Hi I’m Lisa the Haappy Therapist. I provide online and face-to-face therapy. Using a combination of psychological and coaching techniques, I will take you on a journey of self-discovery to your inner happiness.
A positive person, I have a passion for people, psychology and self-development. My goal in life is to bring true, deep and lasting happiness to everyone I work with.
With over 10 years of experience as a therapist, I have been privileged enough to work with a diverse range of people and a diverse range of issues. I have worked privately, as part of bigger organisations, as a counselling tutor and as a volunteer for a number of charities. Having seen first-hand the transformational nature of therapy on my clients lives, I can’t help but love what I do.
