About me and my therapy practice

I’m a BACP Accredited Integrative Counsellor with extensive experience in a wide range of Mental Health Issues and also the Impacts of Abuse for Adults 18+.

These include issues such as anxiety, panic, depression, anger, stress, low self-esteem and the lasting impacts of a difficult childhood.

If you are feeling stuck or that you have lost your way, I can help you explore what you are feeling by offering you a safe, non-judgemental, and confidential place to explore what's on your mind.

I also have experience of working with adults who have experienced abuse whether it be sexual, emotional, physical, or domestic. My aim is to empower you and to help you to make sense of what’s happened to you. We can’t change the past but if I can help this sit more comfortably in your head this can go a long way to helping you move forward with your life.

I have a Fee Structure which ranges from £30 to £45 depending on what option you go for. Details available on request.
