About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor, meaning that I tailor my approach to suit individuals’ needs.
I am committed to providing a safe, confidential, empathic and supportive environment and relationship where you can explore your feelings and concerns at your own pace and sometimes challenge them, your behaviours, beliefs and values. Opportunity to talk about issues that impact on your life can help bring clarity and together we can realise what your choices and resources are and find solutions, to get you back on track.
Chatting to me in a confidential, impartial and non-judgemental setting will help you to explore what’s going on for you and help bring about perspective and emotional balance.
You may be experiencing perimenopause or menopause, recently bereaved, having relationship difficulties, experiencing depression, low self-esteem & confidence or maybe you can’t pinpoint what’s brought about your stress & anxiety, feeling helplessness or being stuck. It's alright not to have the answers or to find it difficult to make sense of emotions you are experiencing, yet having a trusting and safe environment, may be the right place for you, to share, talk through and explore what’s on your mind.
I can help you take an honest look at your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, learn more about yourself and take control and responsibility for bringing about lasting positive change.

About me and my therapy practice
Menopause ‘Madness’.
Spinning plates. Juggling balls. Feeling unable to cope.
Fed up & frustrated with the fuzzy head, forgetfulness, feeling tired & wired, low mood, easily overwhelmed, stressed & crippled with anxiety?
Has your self-confidence taken a nosedive, your self-esteem at rock bottom?
Do you feel like you are peddling even harder in you busy professional corporate career & fear ‘losing it’ at work? A sense your identity, values & sense of purpose have shifted.
I am a therapist supporting women with their perimenopause & post menopause symptoms, issues & challenges.
I help my clients to explore their current peri or post-menopausal experiences, situation, and problems, understand the impact on their own emotional health, relationships, self-confidence, self-esteem, sense of identity, purpose & professional career life.
Together, we can explore the impact of your fluctuating hormones on your thoughts, feelings, emotions & behaviours.
I can help you make sense of your menopausal symptoms so that you are able to feel less stressed, manage your anxiety & overwhelm, feel you can cope better, sleep better, rebuild your confidence & reclaim your identity, so you can re-connect with your strong resilient self.
I can support you with the EMBERS® model, a Menopause-Informed Psychological Care framework aims to educate, validate, and empower women to implement strategies to regain control over their life, body, and mind during the menopausal transition and beyond. It’s a comprehensive therapeutic approach integrating an understanding of the physiological, emotional & psychological changes us ladies, experience during menopause, while also considering the broader context of your lives. This approach not only addresses symptoms but also considers factors such as physical & mental health status, relationships, work, & life stressors.
