About me and my therapy practice
I am a BACP accredited counsellor (MBACP, Accred) who offers both short term counselling and longer term psychotherapy.
I work as a student counsellor at the University of Oxford. My professional experience also includes offering brief counselling at the University of Cambridge, University of Nottingham, and Nottingham Trent University, as well as working longer term at CASY and the Lincolnshire Counselling and Mediation Service.
I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Derby (2016) and a Certificate of Higher Education in Psychodynamic Counselling with Distinction from the University of Leicester (2014).
Practice description
As an Integrative counsellor I support individual clients who are struggling to cope with life’s challenges and seeking greater clarity about their emotions, thought patterns and the best way forward for them to function and lead a more fulfilling life.
I offer a warm, professional approach and a safe non-judgmental space in which to explore and reflect with you about aspects of yourself, your relationships, or your experiences which may be troubling you.
