About me and my therapy practice
I am a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist (MBACP), offering face to face counselling in a safe, confidential environment.
When you are choosing a therapist, you want to feel that you can find someone that will work alongside you – I try to build a therapeutic relationship with you that is specific to us and offers what you need.
I believe that counselling can provide support during times of distress and help you to make changes to the way that you currently feel or behave. Although you may be unable to change the situation that you find yourself in, I hold the hope that change is possible and that changing the way that you feel can make a difference.
Working as an integrative therapist means that I bring together person centred, psychodynamic and transpersonal approaches and can tailor these to your individual needs. We can work on a short-term or long-term basis and can review this regularly to make sure that you are getting the most from our sessions.
At the moment I have availability on Mondays and Tuesdays.
