About me and my therapy practice
I offer a warm and down-to-earth approach to therapy, within a confidential and non-judgemental, trusting environment.
As a compassionate and experienced BACP Integrative Counsellor for individuals and couples, I offer a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together, we'll work collaboratively to uncover underlying patterns and develop strategies for positive change. My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and unconditional positive regard, fostering a trusting relationship that can facilitate personal growth and healing.
I believe that everyone has the potential for positive change, and I'm committed to helping you reach your goals. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or other challenges, I'll provide a non-judgmental and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable expressing yourself.

Practice description
I offer in person sessions from my therapy room based in the centre of Exeter and UK-wide online counselling & telephone sessions to suit your needs.
My first session
I offer a free 20-minute initial informal telephone discussion so you can ask any questions and we can establish whether I would be the right fit for you.
All sessions are a therapeutic hour (50 minutes) and are charged at £65 for individuals and £80 for couples.
Frequency is typically weekly or fortnightly; however, this can be flexible to meet your needs.

Available from Monday to Friday with flexible hours working in person from private therapy room in Exeter and also Online via Zoom or telephone.
Some evening appointments are available.
About me and my therapy practice
I work in a relational way to support supervisees in working with their clients, with encouragement to develop their professional practice. I believe in life-long learning and the collaborative endeavour involved in supervision.
Practice description
Offering a supportive style of supervision, I work with compassion and openness with both the client and the supervisee at the heart of the work.
I trained at the Heartwood Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Training, and I have been a supervisor for 4 years.
