About me and my therapy practice
I offer individual support over the phone and online working with adults and older people.
As well as general counselling issues I specialise in bereavement and end of life counselling, with 15 year’s experience.
I have had 13 years’ post qualification clinical experience in general counselling providing psychotherapy for issues including anxiety, depression, relationship problems and self-esteem. I help people adjust and changes in their lives.
For a long period of time I worked within the voluntary sector.
Currently, I work as an online bereavement counsellor for a national charity as well as my private counselling work.
