My practice is person-centred and solution focused. I integrate coaching tools into my practice to support you in life. We may plan small or large goals every week to help you navigate through difficult times. Together we identify strategies to support you with gaining new understand of yourself and what is important to you.
I began my training as a Counsellor/Psychotherapist in 2013. I worked for the NHS in Primary Mental Health IAPT service for 5 years, providing short-term, solution focused therapy. I have worked in University Counselling Services and in private practice. Before this I taught Art in adult education and previous to this I worked in London in the Arts.
I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental space to help you explore your thoughts and feelings. You can expect empathy, honesty and unconditional positive regard from me at all times.

I offer online 50 minute sessions with review every 6 weeks to check in on how the you feel the sessions are going for you.
My first session
In our first session, we will talk through a Client/Therapist agreement and any questions you may have.
We will talk about what you would like to achieve by coming to therapy and what is most important for you to work on first.
We will have regular reviews about how the therapy is going for you.
I offer a free telephone/online 20 minute session so that we can decide if we can work together and agree on an initial number of sessions.
