About me and my therapy practice
When you attend counselling, I will aim to help you feel valued, heard and understood. I see each person as the expert in their own life and my aim is to support you to identify the difficulties you are experiencing and empower, facilitate and resource you to gain new perspectives and move forward in meaningful ways. Reconnecting with your strengths and increasing your ability to trust in yourself. I believe 'knowledge is power' and when we start to understand what led to a certain way of being, then we have the power to change it and move forward. Through exploration, reflection and the sharing of ideas in our sessions together I aim to help you to make improvements in your life.
