As a Therapist I have a wide range of experience and knowledge that can help clients to address emotional and psychological challenges, that many of us face in life from time to time, as well as more serious developments and events that result in trauma.
I have significant experience of working with clients who are struggling with the effects of; substance misuse, eating disorders, sexual abuse, bereavement, PTSD, anxiety and depression
My orientation (the basis of my training) is Integrative which means that I adapt and apply my counselling skills to suit each individual client and their needs.
I can offer sessions either in Hastings town centreor in the village of Staplecross (just adjacent to the A21 and close to Bodiam). I can also meet you at your home if that would be more convenient
Sessions can also be online or by phone if you prefer.
Please feel free to contact me for an intitial chat about counselling and what you need right now. There will be no charge and no obligation to commit to sessions.
Practice description

My first session
If you decide to engage in counselling, our first session will be an opportunity for you to explore what you wish to gain from the counselling process and for us together to identify how this might be achieved through defining some specific therapeutic goals.
Subsequent sessions will then concentrate upon enabling you to achieve the goals that have been identified.
