I'm Janet and I am here to help you find positivity in your life and overcome anxieties

I am a registered member of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their ethical framework and principles.

I am a fully qualified Person Centred Counsellor & coach offering a gentle creative approach to support you in overcoming difficulties and finding yourself again. I am interested in working with identity... how we can lose and find it and the principles of image and how we see ourselves.

Anxiety and depression can be debilitating and frightening, I understand you may be feeling unsure of how to move forward with these feelings. I am here to help support you through these difficult feelings and emotions.

I offer therapy with a warm, empathic non-judgemental manner helping you to explore your feelings in your own time and finding strength and confidence again to re-balance your life.

I know it can be a challenge to make the first step in acknowledging you need support but please rest assured I offer a gentle, creative approach working at your pace and directed by YOU.

It can be difficult to acknowledge we need help and I know you may be struggling with your feelings of uncertainty but I want you to know I am here to support you  ensuring your confidentiality is respected at all times.

FREE initial consultation session for 30 minutes 

 FREE 15 minute telephone consultation

Face to Face Counselling £35 per hour 

Telephone Counselling £30 per hour

I offer an initial 30 minute FREE consultation to identify your issues. The consultation is informal where we will have a chat about some of the issues you wish to work with. 

If you decide you want to take up sessions we can arrange this at a mutually agreeable date and time

I currently accept  on-line bank payments

I am available for the following evenings and Saturdays mornings

Thursday- 7-9.30pm online

I work from private therapy rooms at Therapeutic Bliss, Prescot, Merseyside. The rooms are comfortable and welcoming.

I offer Counselling, CBT techniques for Anxiety & OCD, Weight Loss Management Coaching and Reiki Treatments & Attunements. I am also hold a Diploma in Indian Head Massage and offer treatments. I am a qualified Colour Therapist and offer Colour therapy treatments 

On your first session we will identify the main issues you wish to work with. We can build mutual trust and understanding and look at a positive way of moving forward for you.
