About me and my therapy practice
As an integrative therapist with a background in neuroscience I like provide a non judgmental environment while using psycho-education as a way of explaining what is going on in the mind, to lead towards certain decisions that we make and then how those decisions lead back to our emotions. I combine multidisciplinary approaches using motivational interviewing to find your strengths, CBT as a way of finding triggers and solutions. To explore alternative ways of finding happiness and motivation in life.
I have a Masters in Counselling and Applied Psychotherapy and a degree in Psychology and Neuroscience. I have worked in a range of different settings from sexual health, mental health, detox units, private practice, intellectual disability and homelessness. I provide a space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings while using evidence based approaches.
In my practice I provide a space for you to develop trust to share emotions that you may be going through, while providing a holding space that we can explore what is going on for you. We can then explore what aspects of our life are important to us and what aspects are having a negative impact on us. Then we can work through tools to deal our concerns.

About me and my therapy practice
I have been practicing in the UK for over 9 years and graduated from my masters in psychotherapy in 2012 in Australia after finishing a bachelor of science psychology in 2009.
I have worked in a range of different settings from drug and alcohol rehabilitation, mental health, homelessness, intellectual disability, lgbti health, sexual health, harm reduction and senior care.
I have been in private practice for over 8 years and specialise in addiction, OCD, ADHD, neurodiversity, depression, anxiety and eating disorders.
I also have studied neuroscience extensively and worked with TMS and other emerging forms of neuroscience. I like to keep myself informed with new research as well as respecting classic psychodaynamic approaches.
As an intergrative therapist, my primary modalities are CBT, positive psychology, person centred therapy, strength based approach, motivational interviewing, brief intervention coupled therapy and narrative therapy.

I offer online supervision via zoom, Skype, teams as well as in person.
