About me and my therapy practice

I work both face to face and online.

Practice description

I became a qualified Counsellor in 2016, I have a BA (Hons) in Integrative Counselling and Post qualification Diplomas in Counselling Young People, Supervision and Eating Disorders. I have also trained in working with couples.

Like many Counsellors I started my training after experiencing counselling myself.

In the last few years, I have worked in private practice, in a school and and university settings.

My first session

My introductory session (by phone or video link) will be for up to 30 minutes and is free of charge.

Subsequent sessions will be for 50 minutes and are charged at £50.
