About me and my therapy practice
You are important.
Are you feeling the pressures of life?
Perhaps you need support and understanding with the anxieties life often brings.
It can be incredibly tough; feeling as though you're on your own, or that those around you don't understand.
Maybe you don't want to share your thoughts and feelings with those closest to you...
During therapy, you will find a relaxed, safe and confidential environment. We can explore together; where you are, discover the changes you would like to make and look at how you can put the foundations into place, to make those changes real.
You may have already gone through some significant changes and could be feeling overwhelmed.
I can help and encourage you to discover a better sense of well-being.
You will be heard, without being judged.
Practice description
My person-centred approach, means that the therapy I offer is not directive; I won't advise you, but I will listen, offer confidentiality, respect, empathy and warmth.
I am with you in the session, not leading you. I will by no means judge you. I will offer challenges to help you move and grow.
You won't go home with instructions, but you will go home knowing that you have support and trust in your newly established, therapeutic relationship.
Sessions can be arranged at a time to suit you - daytime / evenings.
Call or email and we will work out a convenient time and date for you. Let’s see if we can work together for your improved well-being.
My first session
Often during your first session you will wonder what to bring. Just be there and we will make a start.
I will ask you to read and sign my Mutual Working Agreement prior to the session and I'm happy to answer any questions ahead of the session and ongoing.
