I work with an integrative approach and incorporate methods to suit individual need as well as adapt to changing needs. I have many years experience in working with individuals with a wide range of issues and so enabling me to support you through your individual journey. Whether you feel lost, anxious/depressed, struggle with substances/alcohol and/or surviving trauma,  let us take the first steps together.

I work with the belief that body impacts the emotions and the emotions impact the body. Therefore, we are aware that we are complete when addressing issues relating to our holistic selves.

I work with the client on the impact of physical and emotional trauma and depression/anxiety. Finding personalised ways forward in gaining therapeutic awareness of the connection of the mind and the body.

I have worked extensively with those who struggle with substance misuse/alcohol as well as underlying causes.

In addition I work with impact of trauma and depression/anxiety. Finding personalised ways forward in gaining awareness of the connection of the mind and the body 

I am aware of the challenges faced by many in these trying times and seek to support feelings of being lost, disengaged from life or arriving at a cross roads needing a little guidance

Whatever your need I will work with you towards managing your thoughts and emotions while gaining a deeper understanding of yourself.

I use standard GAD7 and PHQ9 anxiety and depression scale assessment at first and final sessions, to use as a guide for areas of focus and to show development of client. We will agree on an individualised plan to support the client both in session and the important period of in-between sessions
