About me and my therapy practice
I work with individuals who are looking to make sense of their past and present difficulties within a safe and containing environment. I am able to help my clients to recognise and diminish the power of unhelpful defences and self-defeating patterns of behaviour.
Since 1999 I have worked as a psychotherapist, consultant and trainer. I trained at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust where I currently supervise students and teach. I have a private practice as a psychotherapist and work as a consultant and clinical supervisor for various organisations. I run reflective practice and staff support groups and supervise teams and individual mental health professionals. I am registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council and am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have published widely and spoken at international conferences and trained mental health professionals all over Europe.

About me and my therapy practice
I work in private practice as a clinical supervisor, consultant and reflective practice facilitator. I supervise a wide range of counsellors and psychotherapists working in private practice, in hospitals, and those in training. I also supervise non-clinical staff working in various organisations who support people who have experienced trauma. I provide a confidential space for supervisees to think about their work and to process the impact of it. Contact me to discuss your supervisory needs.
