I am an integrative therapist, which means I combine effective therapeutic interventions in my private therapy room, room F8, Penrhos Manor, Colwyn Bay. I offer face-to-face sessions and remote consultations internationally.

With over 10 years of full-time therapy experience, I will create a personalised therapy plan to help you achieve your therapeutic goals. I am passionate about my work and provide a confidential, empathetic, and friendly professional service tailored to your needs. In a private and secure environment, you will experience peace of mind and the freedom to express your feelings.
I specialise in areas such as trauma, stress, burnout, and anxiety. I have vast experience working with clients who have been diagnosed with life-changing conditions, such as FND, ME, Parkinson's, cancer, and Fibromyalgia.

Practice description
My therapy room is in Penrhos Manor, Colwyn Bay. It is comfortable, private, and in relaxing surroundings. Penrhos Manor is a grade 2 listed building with ample free parking. It is set on beautiful grounds with outside seating for you to use after your session to enhance your experience of coming to see me. What's the rush?
My first session
I have an online booking system on my website, the Book Now page so that you can choose a suitable time and date. Alternatively, if you would like to speak to me first, I offer a 10-minute phone call to answer any questions you may have. Please email me, call me or send me a WhatsApp message on my business WhatsApp 01492447200 to arrange.
Once the consultation has been booked, I will send you an intake form to complete and some information you may need. The first session is an hour long and is about discovering more about you so we can discuss your goals and devise a bespoke therapy package for you.

I am passionate and enthusiastic about our profession.
I am an experienced integrative and person-centred therapist trained in Counselling, EMDR, and clinical hypnotherapy. I am a fully qualified supervisor trained in level 6 advanced supervision, which adopts the 7-eyed supervision model.
I am fully insured and registered with the BCAP, NCPS, and GHR.
I have enjoyed working full-time in private practice since 2015, both face-to-face and online, and I love sharing my knowledge with my supervisees.
I offer supervision for integrative person-centred counsellors and clinical hypnotherapists. I aim to build a supportive and safe relationship with you, whether in private practice or working for an employer or organisation.
I will work alongside you as a fellow professional, whether you're a therapist, a trainee, or an experienced counsellor, to ensure you reach your full potential as an ethical professional.

I am a Senior experienced Therapist based in North Wales. I offer face-to-face and online therapy and Supervision from my private therapy room in Colwyn Bay. Penrhos Manor is a grade 2 listed building set on beautiful grounds with ample free parking, offering a peaceful, calm place to visit.
My first session
I offer a free 30-minute consultation for potential new supervisees so we can meet to determine whether we are a good fit to work with each other, this can be either face-to-face or online.
