About me and my therapy practice

I am an attachment specialist, working with adults, families, and couples to help my clients to better understand their relationship patterns, and how to break free of those patterns for better connection to themselves, and to others. Additionally I am a certified Conscious Parenting Coach, using my attachment skills and knowledge to support parents as they navigate their child's development. Drawing on my training as a play and expressive arts therapist, I have found that bringing creative mediums such as art and sandtray into my work is an effective and non-threatening way to help clients express how they feel.

Practice description

I work mostly online as I have found that most of my clients prefer this for convenience.

My first session

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other. I offer a 30 minute free session for my client to see if they feel comfortable going forward for therapy.
