About me and my therapy practice
I am a fully qualified BACP accredited counsellor with eight years of experience. I am also accredited as a Gender, Sex and Relationship Diversities Therapist with Pink Therapy.
My approach to counselling is humanistic, which means that I believe you are the expert in your own world and my main aim is to give you support to work out your own way forward.
I can help with a wide range of issues and concerns, including relationship issues, family problems, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, pregnancy and fertility issues, menopause, sexuality, gender issues, stress, bereavement, life changes and simply feeling sad.
Practice description
I am currently offering clients face to face sessions, in my peaceful garden studio.
My first session
Usually our first session is about me getting to know you and finding out what you'd like some help with. If I think that I don't have the expertise to help you, I will try to help you find someone who can be of use. The first session is also about you working out whether you'd like to work with me. There is no obligation to continue if things don't feel right.
