About me and my therapy practice
Do you currently feel lost or stuck? Are you in the midst of a life changing event or maybe you’re considering making some changes to your life but don’t know where to start?
Sometimes it can be difficult to talk to family or friends about how you really feel, and you just need someone to talk to who is able to take their time to listen and support you, without judgement or prior knowledge of your personal circumstances.
Whether you'd prefer to have therapy, coaching or a combination of the two, then I can help you to make sense of what’s happening right now, achieve clarity in choosing your future path and help you to thrive and reach your full potential.
Practice description
I use an integrative approach to therapy using person-centred foundations but also offering tools and techniques used in solution focused therapy, positive psychology, compassion focused therapy and life coaching.
Our working relationship will form an integral part of the therapeutic process with the sessions moving at your pace, in a safe environment, free from judgement.
The combination of these tools and techniques ensures that the work that we do is specifically tailored to you, which will enable you achieve clarity to help you work through your current issues, but also feel confident and well equipped for any challenges that life may bring to you in the future.
After the optional initial consultation, the first session will be spent exploring your current challenges and how your past experiences have had an impact on you and your current life.
We will discuss in more detail what you would like to achieve from therapy and how you would like your future life to look.

About me and my therapy practice
Do you currently feel lost or stuck? Is your low self-esteem getting in the way of how you would like to live your life?
Low self-esteem can be the result of negative experiences either in childhood or later in life, although we don't often realise how much of an impact that these experiences have had on us.
This can lead to negative self-belief and can leave us feeling unworthy of living a happy and fulfilling life.
I can help you to make sense of your life experiences and help you to challenge your current beliefs about yourself. I will support you in creating solutions to your current difficulties which will empower you and improve your self-esteem, enabling you to to reach your goals and live your life authentically.
For over 12 years I have helped people to work through their low self-esteem, enabling them to live the life that they truly deserve, without guilt, shame or self-doubt. If you would like to discuss how I could also help you then please get in touch!
