About me and my therapy practice
I hold an MA in Integrative Psychotherapy and have been in practice for over 15 years. Besides private practice in North Kent and London I have also offered therapy in schools, for charities and in psychiatric care residences. I formerly managed a charity counselling service in Kent. I am registered as a practitioner with a number of Health Insurance Providers, Employee Assistance Programmes and have been invited to offer my services under contract with Kent and London Borough Councils.
I offer long and short term therapies, incorporating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, Person-Centred and Existential approaches in order to offer you the therapy which best fits your needs.
Practice description
My Bexley practice offers ample parking on the driveway and the location is well served by local transport links.
My first session
Our first session is typically an assessment consultation where I'll firstly give you some information on my ethical and legal commitments and we then discuss your circumstances in depth.
I'll offer some psychotherapeutic reflections, much as I would in a regular session, and we then consider together if we would like to progress to ongoing sessions.
