Availability
I currently only have space to see clients on Wednesdays and Thursdays. I have very limited evening spaces available and have more availability during the day.
I am on holiday for most of December with availability on Weds 20th and Thurs 21st. I am then back at work fully from Weds 3rd January.
I am based in Torquay, Devon and am currently seeing people online.

About me and my therapy practice
I’m a straight-talking Therapist who coaches and mentors you to optimum mental, emotional and physical health. My approach is solution focused and person centred.
I provide a specialised service tailored to you as an individual using a variety of methodologies including Coaching, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic-Programming), Applied Neuroscience, Counselling and Psychotherapy. Because of this, my clients receive ‘all in’ support and guidance, information, intervention and techniques to utilise themselves to continue living a healthy and happy life.
I offer integrative coaching and therapy with care that’s forward thinking and solution focused. I get results through facilitating the change you want, need and deserve.
Practice description
I'm a science driven, fact based therapist passionate about brain health which drives physical and emotional wellbeing. I believe it is important to understand the mind-body connection, the link between brain and body health (emotionally, physically and mentally).
Mental health and wellbeing is multi-faceted and together, we will explore the various factors and key foundations that promote positive health and wellbeing, resilience and the essential skills to manage life's stresses.
I will teach you tools and techniques to create healthy, more positive and effective patterns of behaviour that will make positive changes to your life and will bring calm, inner peace and clarity.
My first session
Making the decision to start therapy can be difficult and this is why I offer a free, 30 minute no-obligation chat first. This is an opportunity for you to learn more about me, for me to understand your situation and for us both to decide if I am the right person to work with moving forward.
If we decide to work together, I send a pre-session questionnaire that I ask to be completed prior to our first session.
This gives us both a much a clearer idea of what you are looking for and also often sheds light on common themes that may be helpful for us in our sessions.
