About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I am a qualified full time therapist, I work with people to help navigate challenges such as depression anxiety, relationship issues, anger, loss, feeling stuck or directionless and more.
I see therapy as a process of working together therapist and client towards exploring what can help improve how you feel. It may be through adopting new awareness, new perspective or through finding new coping skills to help manage challenges. I see my self as warm, trust worthy and empowering.
How counselling can help?
I believe that a secure therapeutic relationship allows connection to the true self, beliefs and values. It can also support finding greater peace of mind. Together we can discuss your concerns and look at your experiences in a non-judgmental, accepting environment. I will not make decisions for you or impose my own opinion as I believe each person holds their own solutions within themselves.
A bit about me
I am totally curious about people and find people very interesting, I feel very privileged to be in a position where I get to be let in to most private spaces and share a short time in their life. I get to witness how they transform, to be present in the room when my clients get those amazing light bulb moments, those new points of awareness, when new perspectives are being made clear. I always have your best interest at heart.
Doing this for a few years now I feel very lucky to do a job that I absolutely love, I have an insatiable thirst to learn more and more techniques and modalities, increase my own awareness and expand my skills.
I am a Registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I am fully insured and hold an enhanced DBS check.

Practice description
Counselling is for people who are facing challenges, of course it is. But it is also for people that are struggling with, anxiety, with life, with relationships, with self esteem, work related stress or communication and that could do with some help BEFORE it becomes a mental health issue.
I work with people face to face, on the phone, Zoom and Teams and I also offer a walk and talk sessions.

I provide a free, no obligation30-minute consultation in which we can look at your main concerns.
