About me and my therapy practice
If you are feeling anxious, needing help as you are really struggling to cope with stressful situations, I can offer a safe and confidential space to discuss any aspects of the difficulties or deep-seated feelings of unhappiness you are facing.
I am a warm and compassionate Practitioner and I believe wholeheartedly in the quality of the relationship between Therapist and Client and seek to invest in this at all times.
As a fully qualified person-centered counsellor, I will listen to you and I will work with you in order to help you find a way forward, without judging you. Together, we can explore areas which matter to you, so you can make appropriate changes, feel in control of your life and develop through in-depth sessions.

- BILINGUAL French - I am fully fluent in French and can offer to conduct entire sessions in French or I am happy to use both languages for clients who at times might need to express themselves in their mother tongue.
Practice description
I work face-to-face or online, using Zoom or Skype.
If you prefer face-to-face, I will see you for a session in my house in central Falmouth where we can discuss any issues which matter to you, in a totally private room with access to toilets on the first floor.
There is also ample parking very nearby.
My first session
During your first session, I will introduce myself, explain how I work and answer any questions you may have. Then I will ask you to fill in a form with your details.
This will take 5 minutes and the rest of the session will be dedicated to exploring the areas and issues where you need help to move forward and achieve your goals.
At the end of the session, if you decide we are a good fit, you can rebook or you can have a think and get back to me at a later time.
