I am a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor working in various locations in and around the London area. I offer one-to-one, couples and group counselling. I work with an integrative/holistic approach, including principles such as Psychodynamics, Humanistic/Spiritual, Trans-personal and Mindfulness. I also practice Eco-Psychotherapy, as I believe we are each emotionally and spiritually impacted by the differing, ecological environments in which we live.

I specialise in matters of the heart relating to personal identity, difference and diversity, sexuality, phobias, bereavement, loss, mental and sexual abuse, generalised anxiety disorder, depression, issues of low self esteem, relationship issues and work-related anxiety, stress and/or depression. However, despite my years of training and experience, I believe what is absolutely fundamental to a client's personal improvement, is the open, honest, heart-to-heart connection and easy rapport created between us. That two-way 'relational' interaction is my focus. I believe it to be the place from where solid and consistent change is triggered, takes hold and then grows. It is the most important guiding principle in the way I choose to work.

I work mostly online via video call. I do offer very limited face-to-face/in-person work in the North West London area. Please ask for further details.
