About me and my therapy practice
We all confront suffering and a search for meaning in our lives, and though we can grow from these experiences, they also often are intensely painful. I will support you in dealing with whatever challenges you are currently facing, work with you towards understanding how your past may have affected your current experience, and support you in realising whatever new developments might be coming into your life.
I believe we all need to tell our stories, and that being heard is, in itself, healing. Counselling and therapy work through the meeting of counsellor and client, and the time we spend together, paying careful, kindly attention to what you have gone through and are currently experiencing. Although we might, in a session, explore your dreams, or work with active imagination, or talk about addictions or habits you're trying to break, or new, positive ways of being you're wanting to cultivate, I believe that our meeting, your feeling yourself heard and attended to without judgement, is what really makes the difference.
Relationship and family issues, anxiety, depression and low self-esteem can hold us back from a full expression of our selves and keep us shrunk down from our full stature and a wholehearted embrace of life. I believe therapy and counselling can help you grow into the best version of yourself.

About me and my therapy practice
I love working as a supervisor, and believe my capacity to hold and be present to my supervisees and their clients is my strength. I enjoy finding creative ways to work with presenting issues, and place emphasis on helping supervisees to develop their own practise of presence and holding, while supporting the development and education of their intuition in working with their clients.
Practice description
Alongside my therapy and supervision practice, I am a supervisor and tutor at ReVision.
I usually charge on a sliding scale of £50-70 for 50 minutes of supervision, and £80-90 for the BACP/UKCP monthly requirement of 90 minutes. I ask you to pay at least as much for supervision as you charge your clients.
