My first session
As it is incredibly important for you to feel safe, understood and able to share with your therapist, I offer an initial consultation which gives you the opportunity to see if you would like to work with me. These sessions are £30. During this session we can explore your concerns and perhaps begin to discuss what your hopes are for the therapy process.
