About me and my therapy practice
Hello, my name is Adrienne. I am an experienced and empathic therapeutic counsellor, providing confidential online and telephone counselling. I offer flexible hours including evening sessions.
I believe that counselling can provide a safe and neutral space for you to explore challenging thoughts and feelings. My role will be to support you on your journey to explore, gain insight and skills to move forward positively and become empowered.
I have experience of helping clients with a wide range of challenges including working in partnership with Surestart and LGBT Foundation.
I am an integrative counsellor which means I am experienced in a broad range of counselling techniques to provide therapy that is tailored to your needs – in a way that best suits you.
I will work with you to help support you through whatever you want to bring in a confidential, non-judgmental, warm and accepting environment.
I aim to reply to all enquiries within 24 hours.

Hello, my name is Adrienne, I am an experienced supervisor, counsellor, trainer and registered member of BACP based in South Manchester.
I provide person-centred, CBT and Integrative Supervision. Working face to face, online and over telephone - I offer flexible hours including evening sessions.
I work to provide a safe and neutral space for you to explore your practice using a normative, formative and restorative approach. My role will be to support you in your journey to explore, gain insight and skills to grow as a professional.
