Holly Patrick

My name is Holly, I am a qualified and experienced UKCP and BACP registered psychotherapist and counsellor working on the borders of Bromley and Croydon. I am warm and empathetic and aim to create a relaxed and safe environment where we can work together to enable you to enhance your life and live it more fully. I provide therapeutic services to both individuals and couples.

Therapy can help with many different issues. You may benefit if you feel blocked and want a better understanding of who you are, or the experiences you've had. You may have reached a point where you are struggling with a life event or having issues with certain relationships.

I work with issues ranging from depression, anxiety and trauma. My experience also includes working within the NHS, various mental health agencies and 5 years as a bereavement counsellor at a local hospice (near Bromley).

My West Wickham practice is easily accessible to surrounding areas including: Croydon, Bromley, Orpington, Sydenham, Penge, Beckenham, Shirley, Elmers End, Eden Park and Hayes via local bus routes. It is also a 5 minute walk from West Wickham mainline station (serving Charing Cross, Cannon Street and London Bridge).
