About me and my therapy practice
I am a BACP Accredited and Registered Counsellor / Psychotherapist who offers short and long term therapy. Referrals come from EAP schemes, Healthcare companies [including AXA, Aviva, Vitality and BUPA], GP practices and Private clients.
Sessions take place at Sheen Therapy Centre [SW14] on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. I work on a one-to one basis with people aged 18 years and above.
I have in the past practised as a Drug and Alcohol specialist, a manager in the NHS and a Counsellor and Psychotherapist for both statutory and voluntary agencies. As an accredited BACP therapist and member of the Federation of Drug & Alcohol Professionals [FDAP], my practice is bound by their respective ethical principles and guidelines.
My approach is psychodynamic and relational with an emphasis upon Jungian ideas and the importance of creativity. I have offered private therapy for the last 13 years in the area of East Sheen.
