About me and my therapy practice
Stressed and anxious? Low mood and low energy? Are you finding it hard to concentrate? Do you feel overwhelmed? Cognitive Behaviour Therapy can help. The ability to change your thinking can change how you feel and how you act. Our work together will help you learn to manage your thoughts and feelings to find a way forward to a healthier self. I mostly work with individuals experiencing anxiety and depression and have a lot of experience working with teenagers. My aim is to provide a high quality, professional service that focuses on tailoring my approach to your individual needs to ensure you get the most from therapy. I can offer an impartial ear and the ability to examine issues from a fresh angle in a safe, non-judgemental environment. Making the decision to try therapy takes strength. If you are willing to give it a go we can work together to overcome the struggles, to experiment with new behaviours, increase clarity of thought and find the motivation to break free from old patterns of negative behaviours so that you can find a way to live your life more fully.
