About me and my therapy practice
I am an approachable, accredited counsellor, psychotherapist and supervisor. I have helped people manage depression, anxiety, stress, anger and relationship issues. I have also helped people explore issues of gender and sexuality, offering a supportive and confidential space.
I have a warm, relaxed approach and will try to help you feel as comfortable as possible. My aim is to understand you and your unique situation, and to help you with the issues that you may be struggling with, in order to help you resolve them.
Counselling facilitates self awareness, enabling your own capacity for healing, growth and change.

I have completed a Diploma in Supervision and have been in practice for over seven years. My aim as a supervisor is to support and assist you in developing your practice.
I work in an integrative way and am informed by the Seven Eyed Supervision Model (Hawkins & Shohet).
The practice of counselling and psychotherapy has the potential to be an isolated profession, therefore I believe that developing a trusting, supervisory relationship which enables you to feel safe in exploring both the successes and challenges faced in practice, is vitally important. Such a relationship should support and facilitate your personal and professional awareness and growth, as well as better outcomes for clients.
Happy to have an initial chat on the phone to see if we may be a good fit, no obligation to book an appointment.
