About me and my therapy practice
Are you exhausted and overwhelmed by the rollercoaster of emotions you’re experiencing? Whether it's difficult family relationships or painful romantic relationships, I understand the shame and exhaustion that comes with never quite feeling good enough. If you have struggled with your mental and emotional wellbeing for a while and are losing that little spark of hope, I can support you to feel more in control and help you begin to develop healthy ways of managing situations that you find overwhelming.
As a therapist, my core values are compassion, integrity and courage. I know that real healing means getting down in the dirt, feeling the emotions you’re afraid of, saying the words you’re scared to say. And I do that with you. I’m not here to make you feel better with meaningless platitudes. I’m here to help you change your life.
I have a BSc (Hons) degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy. Since qualifying I have undertaken additional training in relational trauma.
I am an Accredited Member of BACP and provide individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis.
Practice description
All of my sessions are online with Zoom.
Starting therapy can be scary and I aim to make it as easy as possible.

About me and my therapy practice
Reduced fee supervision available while I complete supervision training - £30 per hour.
I'm BACP Accredited and have been working with clients since 2014 and in private practice since 2017.
I'm humanistic (PC, Gestalt, TA) and I integrate psychodynamic, attachment, trauma and shame theories. I work from a relational-developmental perspective.
I have a particular interest in childhood emotional neglect, shame & clients considering estrangement.
I am neurodivergent & LGBTQIA+ affirming and a trans ally.
I'm passionate about working with supervisee shame in supervision and therapists building sustainable practices.
