About me and my therapy practice

Effective NICE Guidelines approved PTSD & Attachment Informed Trauma approaches for children and adults including EMDR.

Trauma treatments are offered on a Humanistic framework by an experienced person- centred psychotherapist.

Play and art techniques also available to all client groups.

While we are in the position to offer availability, all provision is currently offered via Zoom, Teams or bt telephone. Whilst this will not work for everyone, we have found that effectiveness is not usually affected by the medium used. Research suggest that the therapeutic relationship is always key to success.
